Terms of Service

The experience:

This experience invites clients to immerse themselves in the nature of Costa Rica in a completely new way, connecting their senses with the natural world around them. Through guided listening meditations and innovative technology, they can discover the hidden sounds of the environment: from vibrations underfoot and murmurs underwater to the electricity flowing through plants and the echoes of bats at nightfall. A unique experience that revitalizes the body and soul and leaves a lasting connection with Costa Rica's wild beauty

Includes:

Ranging from 2 to 3 and a half hours of guided experience, 5 listening meditations with specialized equipment, reference materials, 'food for thought,' and related items to explore further, a basic report on detected audio frequencies

What to bring:

Yoga mat or blanket to sit on the ground, comfortable clothing, raincoat, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, hydration.

Reservation policies:

Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.

● Payments: 50% at the time of reservation, 50% 30 days before the service date.

● Minimum participant age: 7 years old.

● Payments via bank transfer with proof sent to info@costaphonics.com.

● Sales tax is not included in the prices.

● Prices are in US dollars.

● Tips are not included.

● For tours outside the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM), the agency is responsible for covering the transportation expenses of the guide, as well as providing one night's accommodation and meals.

Cancellation policies:

50% refund for cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the service.

● No refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the service date.

● No refunds for no-shows.

● If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather or safety precautions, a new date will be offered.

Safety policies:

● Safety recommendations may vary from one site to another, with this in mind we strongly recommend our guests to follow closely to the safety instructions given by our guides during the length of each experience.

● Costaphonics Limitada holds a Mandatory Workplace Risk Insurance policy issued by the Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS) that provides coverage for all company employees across the country. Additionally, Costaphonics Limitada has a General Liability Insurance policy, also issued by the INS. This policy covers the company’s operations as a tour operator, including activities such as hiking tours, national park excursions, educational trips, and other ecotourism experiences.

These insurance policies ensure that both employees and participants in our activities are adequately protected, fully complying with Costa Rican regulations.

● In case of a missing item our staff will gladly comply in finding it. However Costaphonics will not be responsable for any missing item misplaced during our tours.
